New Delhi: Integrated natural ingredients manufacturer Ennature Bio Pharma Ltd made its debut on the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Wednesday as an independent entity following its demerger from India Glycols Ltd.
Ennature Bio Pharma received listing and trading approvals from both stock exchanges on November 2, following the completion of the scheme of demerger involving India Glycols Ltd.
The company, engaged in plant-based pharmaceutical ingredients, biopolymers, and nutraceuticals businesses, recorded a net revenue of Rs 246 crore and an Ebitda of Rs 29 crore in FY26, according to a release.
Active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) account for 67 per cent of sales, serving over 150 customers across 26 countries, while biopolymers contribute 16 per cent.
Ennature highlighted branded nutraceuticals, currently contributing 17 per cent to sales, as its primary growth driver. It plans to expand its portfolio to 6-8 branded ingredients across women’s, metabolic and eye health segments.
The firm operates two manufacturing facilities in Dehradun and Kashipur with capacities of 1,600 MT and 24,000 MT, respectively, holding global quality certifications, including USFDA and EU-GMP.
Moving forward, the company plans to introduce one API annually alongside scaling international distribution.
