New Delhi: Fashion and beauty-focused e-commerce firm FSN E-Commerce Ventures, which operates under the Nykaa brand, has reported an over three-fold rise in consolidated net profit to about Rs 101 crore in the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing on Wednesday.

“Beauty and Fashion are seeing accelerated growth, while House of Nykaa and Wellness offer significant runway for long-term growth. We remain focused on building differentiated businesses that serve our consumers and deliver sustainable growth over the long term,” Nayar said.
Beauty saw strong momentum on the back of accelerated customer acquisition and premiumization of existing customers, the company said in a statement.
