New Delhi, July 9, 2025 — Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd (NSE: EIEL | BSE: 544290) has announced the receipt of a major Letter of Intent (LoI) worth ₹395.5 crore (excluding taxes) from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC). The contract pertains to critical pollution control measures across industrial estates in Kolhapur and will be executed under a newly formed joint venture.

The company has entered into a joint venture with AltoraPro Infrastructure Private Limited. The partnership is made under the banner “Enviro Infra Engineers Limited AIEPL JV”, with Enviro Infra serving as the lead member. The LoI was issued on July 8, 2025, for an extensive upgrade of Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs) under Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) compliance.
