Mumbai, 4 July 2025: Investors in India’s primary market are set for an eventful week as five new initial public offerings (IPOs) are scheduled to open for subscription, while nine companies are preparing to make their stock market debut across the mainboard and SME segments. The diverse pipeline of issues is expected to draw broad investor interest and boost trading activity in the upcoming week.

Travel Food Services to Anchor Mainboard IPO Activity

The mainboard segment will be led by Travel Food Services IPO, whose IPO will open on Monday, July 7, 2025, and close on Wednesday, July 9. The price band has been set between ₹1,045 and ₹1,100, with a minimum lot size of 13 shares. The tentative listing date is July 14, and MUFG Intime India is the registrar to the issue.

The offering is being managed by a consortium of top financial institutions, including Kotak Mahindra Capital, HSBC Securities, ICICI Securities, and Batlivala & Karani Securities, signalling strong institutional backing and market interest.
