Gurugram, July 14, 2025 — Fortis Healthcare Ltd (NSE: FORTIS | BSE: 532843) has announced the record date for its final dividend of ₹1 per equity share for FY 2024–25, marking 10% of the face value of ₹10 per share. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 11, 2025.
