G M Breweries Q1 FY26 Net Profit Dips 3.9% QoQ to ₹2.59 Cr; Revenue Remains Steady

Mumbai, July 15, 2025 -G M Breweries Ltd (NSE: GMBREW, BSE: 507488) reported its unaudited standalone Q1 FY26 results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, with a slight dip in profit but steady operational performance. The company posted a net profit of ₹24.94 crore-down 71% sequentially from ₹60.46 crore in Q4 FY25-driven by stable revenue of ₹600.6 crore, marginally lower than Q4’s ₹663.1 crore.

On the trading front, shares of G M Breweries declined 2.32% at ₹740.00 as of 1:33 PM IST, following the subdued earnings report. It is to be seen how investors further react to the news of the dip in net profits of the company.
Key Financial Highlights
The company registered a profit after tax of ₹2.59 crore in Q1 FY26, down 3.9% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹2.69 crore in Q4 FY25. On a year-on-year (YoY) basis, net profit rose 3.7% from ₹2.49 crore reported in Q1 FY25.
Revenue from operations stood at ₹63.80 crore, marginally lower than ₹66.31 crore in the previous quarter but up from ₹60.06 crore in the same quarter last year.
The results arrive after a strong FY25, in which G M Breweries posted a standalone revenue of ₹703.55 crore and a net profit of ₹60.46 crore. Additionally, recent updates to Maharashtra’s excise policy-introducing the new “Maharashtra-Made Liquor” category and sparing beer and wine from duty hikes-are expected to benefit the company’s country liquor segment
