GACM Technologies Extends Ongoing Rights Issue Deadline to June 4, 2025

Mumbai, May 30, 2025: GACM Technologies Limited (BSE: 531723, NSE: GATECH), formerly known as Stampede Capital Limited, has announced an extension of its ongoing Rights Issue deadline. The revised closing date is now set for Wednesday, June 4, 2025. This decision was made during the Rights Issue Committee meeting held earlier today.

Originally launched on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, the Rights Issue was scheduled to conclude on Monday, June 2, 2025. However, the company has granted an extension of two additional days, offering shareholders more time to submit the duly filled Composite Application Form (CAF) along with the corresponding payment.

GACM Technologies confirmed that no other terms or conditions outlined in the Letter of Offer (LOF), CAF, or Abridged Letter of Offer (ALOF), all dated April 22, 2025, have been altered. Only the closing date and the related post-issue timetable have been updated.

Updated Rights Issue Schedule

The Rights Issue Committee meeting began at 10:00 A.M. and concluded at 11:00 A.M.

The issue remains open to all eligible equity shareholders, including holders of equity shares and EQ-DVRs of the company.

GACM Technologies has urged all investors and stakeholders to take note of the revised timeline and act accordingly to ensure their participation in the Rights Issue within the new deadline.
