GIC Singapore Affiliate To Invest Rs. 604 Crore in Samhi Hotels; Stock Price Up

SAMHI Hotels Ltd, has announced that it has concluded a large equity investment with Reco Bellflower Private Limited, an affiliate of the leading global investment firm GIC Pte of Singapore. Ltd., totalling more than ₹604 crore through two of its wholly owned subsidiaries. At 12 p.m. India time Samhi Hotels stock price was up by 0.73%
Investment Details
Following shareholder approval during the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 20, 2025, GIC’s affiliate has infused capital into SAMHI JV Business Hotels Private Limited and Ascent Hotels Private Limited via both primary issuance and secondary acquisition.

The undrawn capital commitments of both subsidiaries are subject to closing account reviews.
