Godawari Power & Ispat Ltd informed the exchanges that it has received clearance to resume mining operations at its Boria Tibu Iron Ore Mines in Rajnandgaon in Chhattisgarh.

The company had previously suspended operations on April 1, 2025, due to the expiration of the mining plan. However, Godawari Power has now secured approval for its updated mining plan from the Indian Bureau of Mines, Government of India. The plan is valid for the next five years, up to March 31, 2030.

The Boria Tibu site resumed operations on May 27, 2025. This restart is projected to improve raw material supply to the company’s integrated steel operations and increase production utilization. The Stock Exchanges have been requested to disseminate the information to all investors.
