Mumbai, July 4, 2025 — Godrej Consumer Products Ltd (NSE: GODREJCP, BSE: 532424) has issued a quarterly pre-result update for Q1FY26, highlighting robust consolidated performance led by double-digit revenue growth and steady underlying volume gains across key markets, barring Indonesia.

Q1FY26 Operating Highlights (Provisional)

The company expects double-digit consolidated revenue growth in INR terms, supported by high single-digit underlying volume growth (UVG).

Segment Q1FY26 Guidance
Standalone Revenue High single-digit value growth
Standalone UVG Mid-single digit
Home Care Double-digit value growth and UVG
Personal Care Low-single digit value growth (impacted by soaps)
Standalone ex-Soaps Double-digit UVG
Indonesia Flattish UVG due to price competition
GAUM (Africa, USA, Middle East) Strong double-digit value growth and UVG
Consolidated Revenue Double-digit INR growth
Consolidated UVG High single-digit
Consolidated EBITDA Expected double-digit growth for FY26
Standalone EBITDA Margin (Q1) Likely below normative range

Segment-Wise Overview

  • Home Care: Continued strong momentum with broad-based, double-digit growth both in value and volume.
  • Personal Care: Impacted by pricing and volume rebalancing in soaps due to commodity volatility. However, performance excluding soaps remained strong.
  • Indonesia: Faced intensified price competition leading to flattish UVG.
  • GAUM: Recorded second consecutive quarter of double-digit growth, with continued healthy profit trajectory.

Strategic Commentary

Godrej reiterated its FY26 guidance of:

  • Mid-to-high single digit UVG for the standalone business,
  • High single digit consolidated INR revenue growth, and
  • Double-digit consolidated EBITDA growth.

Management remains confident that sequential improvement will continue in FY26. Although palm oil prices have begun to soften, the benefit will accrue primarily in the second half of FY26.
