Bengaluru, July 31, 2025 – Shares of Graphite India Ltd (NSE: GRAPHITE) surged by 5.12% to ₹583.10 on Thursday as the company prepares for its Board Meeting scheduled on August 1, 2025, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26).

The June quarter follows a mixed trend in recent earnings. After strong results in mid-2024, profit levels dropped sharply in December and remained soft in March despite steady revenue. Investors now await signs of margin recovery or cost control in the upcoming Q1 numbers.
