Grob Tea Reports ₹1,005.63 Lakh FY25 Profit; Declares ₹3 Final Dividend

Grob Tea Company Ltd has announced the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share for FY25 as against ₹2 in the previous year.

Pradeep Kumar Agarwal, Managing Director, said: “Despite a tough close to the year, we maintained profitability and enhanced shareholder value with a higher dividend. We’re focused on unlocking growth in our core tea segment and gradually resolving non-core assets.”
