Mumbai, July 29: The H.R. Hygiene Products IPO opened for subscription on Wednesday and witnessed a cautious start from investors. As of 10:38 AM on July 29, the ₹53.95 crore public issue was subscribed 0.15 times, with non-institutional investors (NIIs) accounting for most of the early bids, while qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) were yet to participate.
The book-built SME IPO will remain open for subscription until July 31, giving investors three days to place their bids.

Subscription levels are expected to change significantly over the remaining two days as more retail, HNI and institutional investors participate.
IPO Details
H.R. Hygiene Products is looking to raise ₹53.95 crore through a public issue comprising a fresh issue of 49.95 lakh shares worth ₹43.17 crore and an offer for sale of 12.25 lakh shares aggregating ₹10.79 crore.
The IPO is priced in the range of ₹83 to ₹88 per share. Investors can apply for a minimum of 3,200 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2,81,600 at the upper price band. The minimum application size for sHNIs is 4,800 shares, amounting to ₹4,22,400.
The net issue allocation comprises 49.97% for QIBs, 35.02% for retail investors, and 15.01% for NIIs. Ahead of the IPO, the company raised ₹14.84 crore from anchor investors.
