Happy Square Secures ₹62.64 Lakh Facility Management Order from Power Grid; Shares Climb 4.95%

Mumbai, June 10: Happy Square Outsourcing Services said it has received a work order worth ₹62.64 lakh from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited for providing facility management services.

The company disclosed the development through an exchange filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

According to the filing, the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and falls within the ordinary course of business.

The contract involves providing facility management services at client premises and other designated locations, including fulfilment of statutory requirements and operational support obligations.

Happy Square Outsourcing Services said the services under the contract will continue up to June 30, 2028.

The company further stated that the order is subject to customary commercial and operational conditions related to service delivery, performance obligations, statutory compliance and payment terms.
