Mumbai, May 13: Hi-Green Carbon Ltd completed installation and erection work at its 100 tonne per day recycling plant in Madhya Pradesh and scheduled trial operations to commence from May 13, 2026, according to an exchange filing.

Hi-Green Carbon said the plant and machinery installation at the facility operated by its wholly owned subsidiary, Shantol Recycling Private Limited, has been completed.

The company stated that the recycling plant is located at Dhar district in Madhya Pradesh and has a production capacity of 100 tonnes per day. Trial operations at the facility were scheduled to commence from May 13.

According to the disclosure, the company has already applied for Consent to Operate approval from the Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board (MPPCB). Commercial operations at the plant are expected to begin after receipt of the required regulatory clearance.

The filing was submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Hi-Green Carbon shares traded lower during Wednesday’s session following the operational update. Hi-Green Carbon share price declined 0.89% to ₹149.50 at around 9:15 am IST on May 13, 2026, compared with the previous close of ₹150.85.

The stock opened at ₹156.50 and touched a session high of ₹156.75 before witnessing selling pressure during early trade, according to exchange data. The day’s low stood at ₹154 during the session.
