- Novelis (Global Rolled Products): Revenue at ₹1,45,068 crore; Segment Operating Profit at ₹15,242 crore
- Aluminium – Upstream: Revenue was recorded at ₹38,268 crore; Segment Profit at ₹16,262 crore
- Aluminium – Downstream: Revenue at ₹11,819 crore; Segment Profit at ₹633 crore
- Copper: Revenue was at ₹54,703 crore; Segment Profit stood at ₹3,025 crore
Strategic Updates
Acquisition of EMIL Mines and Mineral Resources Ltd
The Board also approved the purchase of the entire stake in EMIL Mines and Mineral Resources for 48 lakh, apart from the assumption of net debt (of EMIL) of 1,131 crore. The deal requires regulatory and shareholder approval.
Dividend Announcement
The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share of face value ₹1, subject to shareholder approval.
