Kolkata, February 5, 2026: Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL) has declared an interim dividend of ₹1 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, representing 20% of the face value of ₹5 per share. The dividend decision was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Thursday, February 5, 2026.
