Hubtown gets Occupation Certificate for ‘Beverly’ Tower in Andheri; Over 95% Units Sold

Hubtown Limited announced today that it has secured the Occupation Certificate (OC) for its premium residential development “Hubtown Premiere Residences – Beverly,” located in Andheri (West), Mumbai.
The project spans approximately 73,500 square feet of carpet area and has achieved a sale rate of over 95%. “Beverly” is part of the larger “Hubtown Premiere Residences” project. One of the other buildings within this multi-phase development had earlier received its OC, while construction is ongoing for the third tower, expected to be completed by FY 2027.
