Hubtown Ltd FY25 Standalone Net Profit Surges to ₹76.31 Cr; Total Income Jumps 63.3% YoY

Hubtown Ltd reported a strong standalone performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 (FY25), with net profit soaring to ₹76.31 crore from ₹6.16 crore in FY24. Total income also witnessed a robust 63.3% growth, rising to ₹387.19 crore from ₹237.16 crore a year ago.

The company’s Q4FY25 standalone net profit came in at ₹29.89 crore, backed by strong other income of ₹42.04 crore and controlled expenses of ₹41.15 crore. Deferred tax charges during the quarter stood at ₹28.96 crore.

- Finance Costs declined to ₹37.23 crore in FY25 from ₹44.52 crore in FY24.
- Cost of Construction and Development more than doubled to ₹164.39 crore (FY25) from ₹70.15 crore (FY24).
- Other income was significantly boosted by a one-time gain of ₹42.19 crore from financial liability settlement.
Equity and Share Capital
The paid-up equity share capital increased to ₹135.60 crore in FY25 from ₹79.94 crore in FY24, reflecting new share allotments during the year. Other equity (excluding revaluation reserve) more than doubled to ₹2,505.68 crore from ₹1,379.60 crore YoY.
