Mumbai, 21 January 2026: ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited (ICICI Prudential AMC) has announced an interim dividend of ₹14.85 per equity share following approval by its Board of Directors at a meeting held on 14 January 2026. The decision comes alongside the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025.

ICICI Prudential AMC declared an interim dividend of ₹14.85 per equity share with a face value of ₹1 each. The dividend will be paid to equity shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or depository records as of 21 January 2026, which has been fixed as the record date. The declaration forms part of the company’s statutory disclosures under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The interim dividend was approved during the Board meeting that commenced at 2:48 pm IST and concluded at 4:25 pm IST on Wednesday, 14 January 2026. The declaration follows the Board’s consideration of the company’s unaudited financial performance for the December quarter and nine-month period of the current financial year, which was subjected to a limited review by statutory auditors.

Interim Dividend Continues FY26 Distribution Pattern

The ₹14.85 per share interim dividend adds to earlier interim dividends declared during the financial year. Prior to this, the Board had approved interim dividends of ₹35.50 per share and ₹39.50 per share (post share split and bonus adjustments) at meetings held on 12 April 2025, 12 July 2025, and 11 October 2025. The latest declaration relates specifically to the period ended 31 December 2025.

The 52-week range remains between ₹2,530.00 and ₹2,977.70, while the dividend yield is 0.54 per cent with a quarterly payout of ₹3.74.
