ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Allots 4,60,058 Equity Shares Under ESOP And ESUS Schemes

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited has allotted 4,60,058 equity shares of face value ₹10 each on February 17, 2026, under its employee stock-based compensation schemes.

The allotment was approved by the Managing Director & CEO at 12:05 PM IST, pursuant to authority delegated by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 22, 2019, the company said in an exchange filing.

Scheme-Wise Allotment Details

Out of the total shares allotted:

• 4,59,310 equity shares were issued under the Employees Stock Option Scheme (2005).
• 748 equity shares were issued under the Employees Stock Unit Scheme (2023).

The newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects, including dividend entitlement.

Employee stock option and unit schemes allow eligible employees to receive equity shares upon exercise or vesting, resulting in an increase in the company’s paid-up share capital.
