ICICI Prudential Life to Unveil Q1 FY26 Results on July 15; Q4 Net Soars to ₹38,629 Cr

Mumbai, June 25 — ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. (NSE: ICICIPRULI) has told the stock markets that its Board of Directors would meet on July 15, 2025, to look at and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter that ended on June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26).
The agenda, according to the regulatory filing, includes a thorough assessment of the quarter’s audited financial statements in both standalone and consolidated formats. The results will show how well the company did financially throughout the reporting period that ended in June 2025. They will be made in accordance with the rules and standards for accounting and reporting.
