Mumbai, May 28, 2025 – Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited (BSE: 539056, NSE: IMAGICAA) has announced the release of its financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The results showcase higher footfalls and new park expansions.

Strategic & Operational Highlights
- Indore Water Park Launch: The company has opened a new facility near Indore and Ujjain, which is already a hit with the customers.
- Wet’n Joy Lonavala Expansion: The company added 10 new rides for all age groups, which has increased capacity and customer interest.
- New Attractions: The company started operations of the Imagicaa Arena Trampoline Park and two immersive shows – Kaliya Mardan 5D and Mushak Maharaj – at Sai Teerth.
- Fundraising: The company raised ₹345 crore via a preferential issue to finance acquisitions (including the Indore park) and strategic growth initiatives.
