Mumbai, September 28: IndusInd Bank has launched a dedicated banking vertical for India’s growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem, bringing corporate and employee banking services under a single relationship model.
IndusInd Bank Launches Dedicated GCC Banking Vertical
According to the bank’s exchange disclosure, the new GCC Banking vertical is designed to bring together corporate banking and employee banking capabilities through a more integrated service model. The offering combines digital-first platforms with India-focused advisory support for GCCs operating in the country.
IndusInd Bank said the proposition covers five core areas: digital banking, employee banking, commercial banking solutions, capital account and FEMA solutions, and foreign-currency accounts through its International Banking Unit (IBU) at GIFT City.
The bank said India’s GCC ecosystem has grown 32% since FY2021 and now includes 2,117 centres, highlighting the expanding scale of the sector and its banking requirements.
Stock Market Snapshot
The IndusInd Bank share price stood at ₹901.50 as of 12:56:21 PM IST on September 28, 2026, down ₹10.70 or 1.17% from the previous close.
The stock remained lower during the session even as the bank announced the new specialised banking vertical for GCCs. The share price movement reflects the market position at the stated time and does not establish a direct causal link between the announcement and the stock movement.

IndusInd Bank Builds GCC Offering Around Three Key Areas
The bank said its GCC proposition is built around three principles: a unified relationship covering corporate and employee banking requirements, digital-first banking platforms, and responsive access to senior-level and India-focused specialist advice.
The International Banking Unit at GIFT City is also part of the offering, allowing GCCs to access foreign-currency account solutions alongside the bank’s wider range of banking services.
The company said the model is intended to help GCCs manage business, workforce and cross-border banking requirements through a more coordinated banking relationship.
