Q4 FY25 vs Q4 FY24:

  • Gross Revenue was at ₹11,605 Mn, which is up by 62%
  • PAT is at ₹503 Mn, which is up by 53%
  • EBITDA is at ₹779 Mn, which is up by 25%
  • TPV is at ₹2,416 Bn, which is up by 7%

Segment-Wise Performance

  • Payment Business: TPV reached a record ₹8.67 trillion for FY25. Its performance in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities was enhanced by the company’s product, the Smart SoundBox. As a result, there are now 1.2 million merchants in the organisation. Additionally, the company added nearly 420,000 merchants in FY25, a 35% YoY increase.
  • E-Commerce Platform Business: The company’s e-commerce platform business continued to support the government’s e-procurement platform (GeM). The company’s transaction volumes were up 28% YoY.

Corporate Developments

  • AI & Infra Investments:
    • The company launched Infibeam Quantum Edge for AI-focused data centres.
    • The company approved a Rights issue of up to ₹700 Cr to fund expansion and strategic AI initiatives.
    • It acquired a 54.1% stake in Rediff.com.
    • It approved the demerger and listing of Odigma Consultancy Solutions Ltd.
    • It divested its entire 49% stake in Pirimid Technologies Ltd to Rediff.com.

Management Commentary

“We have delivered excellent results in Q4 as well as for the full year, reflecting our disciplined capital allocation and innovation. Our expansion in the Middle East and foray into AI sets the stage for our next growth phase. We plan to invest up to USD 100 million over the next three years in building AI capabilities,” said Vishal Mehta, Chairman & Managing Director.

“CCAvenue Smart SoundBox has seen rapid adoption. From SoundBox to TapPay and enterprise tools like M.A.R.S., we’re building a future-ready fintech ecosystem,” said Vishwas Patel, Joint MD.

Strategic Outlook

Infibeam is aiming to focus on:

  • Expanding its AI-first offerings across fintech infrastructure.
  • Deepening MSME penetration domestically.
  • Scaling international operations in the Middle East (notably Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman).
