Inox Green Signs 625 MWp Solar O&M Deal With KEC 

Mumbai, 20 January 2026: Inox Green Energy Services Ltd., a renewable operations and maintenance (O&M) provider in India, has entered into an agreement with KEC International Ltd. to provide O&M services for a 625 MWp solar project at Bhadla, Rajasthan. This partnership marks a significant expansion of Inox Green’s solar O&M portfolio, which now exceeds 3 GW, contributing to a total renewable O&M portfolio of over 13 GW across solar and wind assets. 

625 MWp Bhadla Solar Project Added To O&M Portfolio 

The agreement with KEC involves the management and maintenance of one of the largest solar installations in Rajasthan. By adding 625 MWp, Inox Green strengthens its operational footprint and demonstrates its capability to handle large-scale renewable projects, reflecting the company’s rapid growth in India’s solar O&M segment. 

Inox Green Expands Total Renewable O&M Capacity Beyond 13 GW 

With the new contract, Inox Green’s total O&M capacity across renewable energy assets now surpasses 13 GW, highlighting its leadership in providing long-term operational support for solar and wind projects. The expansion leverages both organic growth and participation in large-scale opportunities through affiliated group company Inox Clean, reinforcing the company’s presence in the renewable energy infrastructure sector. 

Inox Green Energy Services Ltd Share Price Decline 1.66%  Despite Announcing New Deal 

On the NSE, Inox Green Energy Services Ltd share price was trading at ₹179.41 at 11:24 am IST, down ₹3.02 or 1.66% for the day. The stock opened at ₹184.00. The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹6.72 thousand crore, with a price-to-earnings ratio of 107.10. The stock has recorded a 52-week high of ₹279.00 and a 52-week low of ₹104.00, and currently does not declare any dividend.
