Mumbai, 4 December 2025: Interiors & More Ltd. has announced that Friday, December 5, 2025, will serve as the Record Date for identifying shareholders eligible to receive free equity shares through its upcoming bonus issue. The allotment of bonus shares is scheduled for December 8, 2025.

The board approved a 1:1 bonus ratio, meaning shareholders will receive one new fully paid-up equity share of ₹10 each for every one equity share they currently hold.

A Significant Move After Years of Corporate Silence

This was a remarkable decision as the company had not declared any dividends, stock splits, rights issues, or bonuses in recent years. The previously inactive history of corporate actions had kept trading interest low, making this announcement particularly impactful for investors tracking the stock.

What Does the Bonus Issue Comprise

Issuing bonus shares typically indicates financial strength and management confidence. It also aims to enhance stock liquidity by increasing the number of shares in circulation. While shareholders will receive additional shares, the overall value of their investment initially remains unchanged, as the market adjusts the price proportionately.

The long-term benefits, however, will depend on Interiors & More Ltd.’s ability to implement its business strategy effectively and sustain growth.

Market Performance

The share price of Interiors‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ & More Ltd closed at ₹525.00 on 4 December 2025, down ₹1.75 or 0.33% from its previous close of ₹526.75. The stock opened at ₹521.00, touched a high of ₹530.50 and a low of ₹521.00, with a VWAP of ₹528.83. Classified under the SME segment, the scrip is thinly traded, with less than 100 unique PANs participating in the past 30 days. The company’s market cap stands at ₹367.26 crore, with a free-float market cap of ₹109.23 crore, while its 52-week range spans from ₹284.50 to ₹689.00.
