Ircon International Declares Interim Dividend of ₹1.20 Per Share

New Delhi, 17th February 2026: Ircon International Limited has announced an interim dividend of ₹1.20 per equity share for the financial year 2025–26. The decision was taken at the Board meeting held on 11 February 2026.
Key Dates and Timeline
The record date for the interim dividend has been fixed as 17 February 2026, and shareholders holding equity shares in their demat accounts on or before this date will be eligible to receive the dividend. The payment of the interim dividend is scheduled to be made from 25 February 2026, when it will be credited to the accounts of eligible shareholders.
Ircon International Financials
For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, Ircon International reported standalone total income from operations of Rs. 1,965.35 crores.
During this period, the company’s net profit before tax and exceptional items stood at Rs. 131.19 crores, while the net profit after tax was recorded at Rs. 91.18 crores. The total comprehensive income for the quarter was slightly higher at Rs. 93.37 crores.
The company’s equity share capital as of the end of December 2025 was Rs. 188.10 crores. Regarding shareholder returns for this standalone period, both the basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) were reported at Rs. 0.97 for a face value of Rs. 2 per share.
