New Delhi, October 24: ITC Hotels Limited reported a strong financial result for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. It reported a 45% year-on-year (YoY) rise in standalone net profit at ₹151.63 crore.

ITC Hotels Limited is an Indian company that is engaged in operating a large chain of hotels in India. The company was established in 1975, and is headquartered in New Delhi. The shares of the company are listed on NSE with the ticker symbol ITCHOTELS and on BSE with the code 544325.

Key Trigger: Strong Q2FY26 Financial Performance

In Q2 FY26, ITC Hotels reported revenue from operations of ₹760.91 crore, up 7.3% from ₹708.89 crore in Q2 FY25 and 2.3% higher than ₹743.59 crore in Q1 FY26. Total income rose 13% year-on-year to ₹806.07 crore from ₹713.23 crore. Profit before tax grew by 45.5% to ₹203.36 crore compared to ₹139.79 crore a year ago. Net profit increased 44.6% to ₹151.63 crore from ₹104.86 crore in Q2 FY25, and EPS improved to ₹0.73 from ₹0.50. For the half-year ended September 2025, revenue from operations reached ₹1,504.50 crore, up 10.7% year-on-year. Net profit surged 46% to ₹301.36 crore compared to ₹206.49 crore in the same period last year.

On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations stood at ₹839.48 crore, rising from ₹777.95 crore in Q2 FY25. Total income increased 13.3% to ₹884.89 crore, and profit before tax jumped 66% to ₹188.69 crore. Net profit rose 74% year-on-year to ₹133.29 crore from ₹76.63 crore, driven by strong performance in the core hotel business and contributions from subsidiaries and associates. Total comprehensive income reached ₹217.25 crore, up 12.5%, while EPS improved significantly to ₹0.64 from ₹0.37 a year earlier.

Shares Rise By 1.33%

As of 3:20 PM, ITC Hotels Limited share price rose by 1.33%, or 2.94 points, and is currently trading at ₹223.70. Until now, the shares have traded within a range of ₹224.90 and ₹218. The current traded volume stands at 66.12 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹45,978 crore. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹261.62 and their 52-week low at ₹155.10.
