Ahmedabad, July 8, 2025: Jindal Worldwide Ltd (NSE: JINDWORLD) has unveiled ambitious expansion plans for its electric mobility division, Jindal Mobilitric. This includes the introduction of a new high-range electric vehicle (EV) model and a significant increase in its dealer network, pending crucial government approvals.
Jindal Mobilitric, the EV arm of Jindal Worldwide Ltd, has showcased a new EV model boasting a segment-leading range of 165 km per charge. The company has confirmed that the product has been submitted for homologation – a mandatory process in India to ensure vehicles comply with safety, emission, and roadworthiness standards – and is awaiting regulatory clearance. This facility is intended to supplement the existing Earth Energy EV facility in Maharashtra, an EV startup acquired by Jindal Mobilitric in 2022.
