Surat, November 7, 2025:  K.P. Energy Limited reported strong financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company’s consolidated profit after tax rose 44% year-on-year to ₹36 crore, up from ₹25 crore in Q2FY25, while total income surged 50% to ₹303 crore from ₹202 crore. Following the announcement, the share price of K.P. Energy Limited was trading at ₹441.15, up 1.25% as of 1:10 PM on Friday, reflecting a positive market response to the strong quarterly performance.

K.P. Energy Limited, a KP Group company headquartered in Surat, is a leading provider of balance-of-plant (BOP) solutions for wind and wind-solar hybrid power projects. Operating across multiple states, the company has ongoing projects in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Uttar Pradesh. K.P. Energy is listed on both the NSE and BSE under the symbol KPEL.

K.P. Energy Limited reported a robust performance for Q2FY26, with consolidated profit after tax rising 44% year-on-year to ₹36 crore, up from ₹25 crore in Q2FY25. Total income for the quarter surged 50% to ₹303 crore from ₹202 crore.

Revenue from operations grew 51% year-on-year to ₹301 crore, supported by strong project execution across wind and hybrid sites. EBITDA increased 57% to ₹69 crore, reflecting cost efficiencies and a balanced project mix.

Profit before tax jumped 64% to ₹54 crore. The company’s net worth rose 58% to ₹376 crore, and total assets expanded 66% to ₹1,268 crore. Cash flow from operations surged nearly 14-fold to ₹85 crore in H1FY26, compared to ₹6 crore in the same period last year.

Strategic Developments

K.P. Energy Limited signed a ₹8,000 crore MoU with the Gujarat Government to develop Hydrogen and EV fuel stations across the state. The company has also entered strategic partnerships with Jeonbuk province, South Korea, for advancing the green hydrogen ecosystem, and with Delta Electronics India for renewable infrastructure projects.
