Mumbai, May 29, 2025 – Kaya Ltd (NSE: KAYA, BSE: 539276) has released its financial reports for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25). The reports show strong growth in clinic collections across Indian cities.

- Net Promoter Score (NPS): Rose to 89, indicating strong customer satisfaction.
- Clinic Net Revenue: ₹51.8 crore in Q4 FY25, up 3% YoY.
Segment-Wise Performance
- Anti-Ageing Services: 46% YoY growth.
- Haircare: Grew by 17% YoY. The growth was backed by diagnostic tools and improved service journeys.
- Body Care Products: Up 48%, while Sun Care grew 33%.
- Nutraceuticals: Grew 38% YoY.
Expansion & Innovation
- New Clinic: Opened in Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. It is Kaya’s 11th clinic in the city.
- Brand Refresh: Renovated 13 clinics and relocated 7 in FY25.
- AI-Driven Offerings: Launched “Klear AI” skin diagnostic app and invested in 9 new machines.
- Innovation Contribution: Accounted for 19% of clinic collections in Q4.
Awards & Recognition
Kaya was honoured with the “Best Use of AI Technology” award at the 9th Future of Retail & E-commerce Awards 2025. UBS Forums presented the award.
Outlook
The company aims to focus on innovations targeted at its customers and expand its reach to key metropolitan cities. Kaya aims to boost sales by targeting the expanding aesthetic dermatology market in India, projected to grow at a CAGR of 17% in FY26.
