CHENNAI, May 28, 2025 – KCP Limited (NSE: KCP, BSE: 590066) has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The company’s net profit for FY25 was ₹252.84 crore, down from ₹276.23 crore in FY24.

  • Smt. Sobana Pranesh has been recommended for appointment as Secretarial Auditor for the financial years 2026 to 2030.
  • M/s M. Bhaskara Rao & Co. and M/s Sriramamurthy & Co. have been appointed as Internal Auditors for FY26.

Exceptional Items & Cash Position

Exceptional charges of ₹25.48 crore were incurred, primarily due to:

  • Restoration costs post-Cyclone Michaung
  • Fuel and power purchase adjustments for prior years in the cement division.

Standalone cash and cash equivalents stood at ₹0.32 crore, with consolidated balances at ₹3.54 crore. Consolidated total assets increased to ₹3,098.56 crore from ₹2,828.65 crore last year.
