KEC International Wins Major Orders, Marks Entry into Semiconductor and STATCOM Segments

KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure EPC major and an RPG Group company, has announced new order wins totaling ₹1,034 crore across its core and emerging business verticals. These include breakthrough orders in the semiconductor and STATCOM segments, signaling a strong start to the financial year.
Order Wins Across Civil, T&D, and Cables
Transmission & Distribution (T&D):
- Secured its first-ever STATCOM project from a global OEM in India
- Export orders for the supply of towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas
Civil:
- Landmark order for setting up a semiconductor plant from a prominent private player in India
- Upstream project execution for a leading Indian steel company
Cables:
- Orders for the supply of various types of cables across India

Commenting on the development, Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO, KEC International Ltd., said,

The Civil business has made a breakthrough entry into the promising semiconductor space and further strengthened its presence in the metals & mining sector. He further added that these strategic orders boost the company’s confidence in meeting its annual order intake goals and are a strong validation of its diversified business approach.
Stock Performance:
Shares of KEC International Ltd gained 5% on the day of announcement of the deal. KEC International shares has gained 2.07% in the last one year, and 2.9% in the last one month.
