Shares of Kiaasa Retail Ltd listed at ₹123.00 on the BSE SME platform on Monday, March 2, 2026, reflecting a discount of ₹4 or 3.15% to the issue price of ₹127 per share. The stock declined further to ₹116.85, locking in the 5% lower circuit. As of 11:01 IST, it was trading at ₹116.85, down ₹6.15 or 5% from the previous close of ₹127.00, according to exchange data.

The listing follows the company’s ₹69.72 crore book-built initial public offering, which comprised a fresh issue of 54,90,000 equity shares.

Stock Price Movement And Trading Snapshot

The stock opened at ₹123.00 and touched a high of ₹123.00 before sliding to a low of ₹116.85 so far, which coincides with its lower price band so far for the session. The upper circuit for the day stood at ₹129.15.

As of 11:01 IST, total traded quantity stood at 5.56 lakh shares, with turnover of ₹6.83 crore. The volume-weighted average price (VWAP) was ₹122.95.

The company’s full market capitalisation stood at ₹213.02 crore, while free-float market capitalisation was ₹64.16 crore, as per BSE data.

IPO Structure and Issue Details

The IPO was open for subscription from February 23 to February 25, 2026. The allotment was finalised on February 26, 2026, and the shares were listed on BSE SME on March 2, 2026.

The price band was fixed at ₹121 to ₹127 per share, with the issue price determined at ₹127 per share. The lot size was 1,000 shares, with a minimum bid requirement of 2,000 shares for retail investors.

Out of the total issue size of 54,90,000 shares aggregating up to ₹70 crore, 2,75,000 shares were reserved for the market maker, while 52,15,000 shares were offered to the public. The pre-issue shareholding stood at 1,27,39,005 shares and increased to 1,82,29,005 shares post issue.

Subscription and Reservation Break-Up

The public issue was subscribed 2.05 times by the close of bidding on February 25, 2026. The retail individual investors’ portion was subscribed 2.43 times, while the QIB (excluding anchor) segment was subscribed 14.98 times and the NII category was subscribed 1.16 times, as per subscription data.

Retail shares offered stood at 30,76,000 shares, while 20,87,000 shares were allocated to the NII category and 52,000 shares to QIBs. A total of 2,75,000 shares were reserved for the market maker.

Kiaasa Retail operates in the garments and apparels segment and is listed under the ‘MT’ group with T+1 settlement. The face value of each equity share is ₹10.
