Kirloskar Pneumatic Net Profit in June Quarter Up by 4.5%

Pune, July 22, 2025: Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited (NSE: KIRLPNU, BSE: 505283) reported its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 (Q1FY26). The company’s profit after tax increased by 4.5% to Rs 28.1 crore.
Financial Highlights (Standalone)
For Q1 FY26, Kirloskar Pneumatic’s standalone Revenue from Operations stood at ₹2,720 million, marking a 5.7% year-on-year (YoY) decline compared to ₹2,753 million in Q1 FY25. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, revenue dipped significantly by 53.3% from ₹5,826 million in Q4 FY25, primarily due to seasonality in the business. Despite the revenue decline, the company maintained profitability, with Profit After Tax (PAT) rising 4.5% YoY to ₹281 million from ₹269 million in Q1 FY25.
Total Income for Q1 FY26 was ₹2,802 million, while EBITDA (excluding exceptional items) was ₹440 million, an increase from ₹436 million in Q1 FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT) reached ₹368 million in Q1 FY26, up from ₹359 million in Q1 FY25. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q1 FY26 was ₹4.33, compared to ₹4.15 in Q1 FY25. For the full fiscal year 2025 (FY25), the company reported a Revenue from Operations of ₹16,286 million, Total Income of ₹16,507 million, EBITDA of ₹3,217 million, PBT of ₹2,806 million, PAT of ₹2,110 million, and an EPS of ₹32.55.
Financial Highlights (Consolidated)
On a consolidated basis, Kirloskar Pneumatic reported Revenue from Operations of ₹2,817 million in Q1 FY26, showing a slight increase from ₹2,753 million in Q1 FY25 but a significant sequential drop from ₹5,916 million in Q4 FY25. Total Income was ₹2,901 million in Q1 FY26, compared to ₹2,797 million in Q1 FY25 and ₹5,972 million in Q4 FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at ₹340 million in Q1 FY26, lower than ₹359 million in Q1 FY25 and ₹1,041 million in Q4 FY25.
Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹253 million in Q1 FY26, down from ₹269 million in Q1 FY25 and ₹801 million in Q4 FY25. Total Comprehensive Income was ₹459 million in Q1 FY26. Consolidated Basic EPS for Q1 FY26 was ₹3.89, a marginal dip from ₹4.15 in Q1 FY25. The inclusion of Systems and Components India Pvt Ltd, which was acquired in December 2024, contributed to the consolidated performance, reflecting the company’s expanded operations. The marginal YoY dip in EPS on a consolidated basis was attributed to higher depreciation and changes in inventory. For FY25, the consolidated Revenue from Operations was ₹16,402 million, Total Income was ₹16,624 million, PBT was ₹2,808 million, PAT was ₹2,113 million, and Total Comprehensive Income was ₹2,127 million, with an EPS of ₹32.58.
