KPI Green Energy Limited on February 20, 2026 announced the completion of a 92.4 MW wind power project for Ayana Renewable Power Four at Nakhatrana, Bhuj, Gujarat, as per its Regulation 30 disclosure to the exchanges.

In a filing dated February 20, 2026 and addressed to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, KPI Green Energy said it has successfully completed a 92.4 MW wind power project for Ayana Renewable Power Four.
The project comprises 28 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs). The company stated that it has executed the full scope of work, including Balance of Plant (BOP), the Power Substation (PSS), the Extra High Voltage (EHV) transmission line, and erection and installation of the WTGs.
The company further informed that the project has received the requisite approval from the Central Electricity Authority (CEA), indicating regulatory clearance for commissioning and grid integration under applicable norms.
The disclosure was issued pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which mandates listed entities to inform exchanges of material events and corporate developments.
Mohd Sohil Yusuf Dabhoya, Whole Time Director, signed the filing on behalf of the company.
