KPI Green Energy Subsidiary Gets Approval For Grid Connectivity For Its Wind Power Project

Miyani Power Infra LLP, a wholly owned subsidiary of KPI Green Energy Limited, has received an In-Principle Grant of Connectivity from the Central Transmission Utility of India Ltd. (CTUIL) for its upcoming 642.6 MW wind power project in Gujarat.

This development will allow KPI Green Energy to expand alongside its green footprint from a regional to national level, supporting efficient power evacuation through a 400 kV dedicated transmission line from the project site to the Jam Khambhaliya pooling station that connects to the Indian Central Transmission Utility.

The network connection grant represents a crucial step for KPI Green Energy in its strategy to grow its portfolio of utility-scale wind projects and supports India’s goal to accelerate its renewable capacity.
