Mumbai, September 24: Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) has secured new orders and notifications of awards worth approximately ₹2,025 crore across its power transmission and distribution, buildings and factories, and oil and gas businesses.

The new business is spread across three operating areas: Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Buildings & Factories (B&F), and Oil & Gas. While the company has disclosed the combined value, it has not provided individual contract values or detailed project scopes for each award.

The latest announcement also gives a broader picture of KPIL’s order momentum. The company said it has secured orders worth ₹13,219 crore so far in FY27.

Power, Construction And Oil & Gas Drive New Wins

KPIL’s latest contracts span its Power Transmission & Distribution business, its Buildings & Factories segment and its Oil & Gas operations.

The spread across these businesses gives the latest order inflow a diversified profile rather than being concentrated in a single project category. The company said the wins reflect its technical capabilities and execution track record across infrastructure projects.

Manish Mohnot, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of KPIL, said the new orders demonstrate the company’s technical expertise, operational execution and customer relationships across the three businesses.

KPIL Reports ₹13,219 Crore FY27 Order Intake

The ₹2,025 crore announced on September 24 adds to KPIL’s order intake for the current financial year. The company said its total order wins have reached ₹13,219 crore on a year-to-date FY27 basis.

KPIL also said it is favourably placed as the L1 bidder for orders exceeding ₹12,000 crore. These are L1 positions rather than confirmed order wins, and the company has separately disclosed them from its secured contracts.

The latest order announcement therefore adds to the company’s confirmed order intake while its existing bidding pipeline remains active across infrastructure segments.

KPIL’s Diversified Infrastructure Business

Kalpataru Projects International is an engineering and construction company with operations across power transmission and distribution, buildings and factories, and oil and gas, among other infrastructure activities.

Its latest order wins show the continued contribution of multiple business verticals to its overall project pipeline. The company is using this diversified portfolio to participate in projects across both domestic and international markets.

The latest ₹2,025 crore order announcement also comes with KPIL maintaining its focus on execution and project delivery across its established infrastructure businesses.

Conclusion

Kalpataru Projects International has secured approximately ₹2,025 crore of new orders and notifications of awards across Power Transmission & Distribution, Buildings & Factories and Oil & Gas.

The company said its FY27 order intake has now reached ₹13,219 crore, while it is also L1 for additional orders exceeding ₹12,000 crore. KPIL shares were trading at ₹1,412.20, up 0.03%, as of 9:23 AM IST on September 24, 2026.
