Krystal Integrated Services wins ₹138 crore solar BOOT contract; shares rise 5.84%.

Mumbai, April 24: Krystal Integrated Services said it has secured a ₹138 crore rooftop solar project through its associate company, according to an exchange filing.
The contract has been awarded by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research and will be executed by Advait Krystal Solar Energy SPV Private Limited, in which the company holds a 49% stake.
The project will be implemented under a Built-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) model over a 25-year period. It includes design, engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of rooftop solar systems, along with long-term operations and maintenance.
The installations will be carried out across government hospitals and medical colleges in Maharashtra.
Krystal Integrated Services share price rose following the announcement. At 1:28 p.m. IST, the stock was trading at ₹608.75, up 5.84% from its previous close of ₹575.15. It touched a high of ₹625.00 during the session.
The market reaction reflects investor interest in the long-term nature of the contract, which is expected to provide steady revenue over its duration.
The company said the order was received in the normal course of business and does not involve related party transactions.
