Mumbai, August 10: LEAP India IPO remained below full subscription on the second day of bidding, with the ₹2,480 crore issue subscribed 0.37 times by 11:54 AM on August 10, 2026. The issue opened on August 7 and will close on August 11.

The IPO has attracted bids across investor categories, although the public portions are yet to reach full subscription. The employee quota was an exception, with that portion subscribed 2.11 times so far.

LEAP India has fixed its price band at ₹151 to ₹159 per share. The lot size is 94 shares, putting the minimum retail investment at ₹14,946 at the upper end of the price band.

The LEAP India IPO was subscribed 0.37 times as of 11:54 AM on August 10, 2026, according to the latest subscription data.

Investors had bid for 4,08,95,734 shares against 10,92,05,988 shares offered across the public and employee categories. The QIB portion, excluding the anchor allocation, was subscribed 0.64 times, while the NII and retail portions stood at 0.25 times and 0.27 times, respectively.

Category-wise LEAP India IPO Subscription Status

QIBs had bid for 1,99,69,266 shares against 3,11,79,259 shares available after excluding the anchor portion. This took the QIB subscription to 0.64 times.

The NII category received bids for 59,44,654 shares against 2,33,84,434 shares on offer. Within the segment, sNII demand was higher than bNII demand, with the two portions subscribed 0.38 times and 0.19 times, respectively.

Retail investors had placed bids for 1,48,16,186 shares against 5,45,63,679 shares reserved for the category.

The bNII category, covering applications above ₹10 lakh, was subscribed 0.19 times. The sNII category, covering applications below ₹10 lakh, recorded a subscription of 0.38 times.

LEAP India IPO Day-Wise Subscription Summary

The issue was subscribed 0.28 times on Day 1. By 11:54 AM on Day 2, the overall subscription had moved to 0.37 times.

The employee portion continued to stand out, rising from 1.13 times on the first day to 2.11 times on the second day. QIB subscription remained at 0.64 times, while both NII and retail participation increased from their Day 1 levels.

Brief Overview Of The IPO

LEAP India IPO is a ₹2,480 crore bookbuilding issue with a price band of ₹151 to ₹159 per share. The IPO opened on August 7 and will close on August 11, 2026.

The issue comprises a fresh issue of 3.02 crore shares aggregating up to ₹480 crore and an offer for sale of 12.58 crore shares aggregating up to ₹2,000 crore.

The lot size is 94 shares. At the upper price band of ₹159, one retail lot requires an investment of ₹14,946.

Of the net offer, 7,79,48,113 shares, or 50%, are reserved for QIBs, 2,33,84,434 shares, or 15%, for NIIs and 5,45,63,679 shares, or 35%, for retail investors. The QIB allocation includes 4,67,68,854 shares reserved for anchor investors. A separate reservation of 78,616 shares has been made for employees.

JM Financial Ltd. is the book running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue. The shares are scheduled to list on the NSE on August 14, 2026.
