Lehar Footwear has secured its largest-ever OEM order worth ₹39.70 crore for the supply of approximately 18 lakh pairs of footwear, strengthening revenue visibility for FY27.

Mumbai, June 22: Lehar Footwear Ltd. has secured its biggest original equipment manufacturer (OEM) order to date, winning a contract worth ₹39.70 crore for the manufacture and supply of footwear.
The Jaipur-based company said the order, received from a domestic customer whose identity has not been disclosed due to confidentiality obligations, involves the supply of approximately 18 lakh pairs of footwear. The contract is scheduled to be executed within 60 days from acceptance of the purchase order.
For a company of Lehar’s size, the order is significant not only because of its value but also because it highlights the growing scale of its OEM manufacturing business. The company said the contract reinforces its position as a manufacturing partner for large footwear brands and retailers while improving revenue visibility for FY27.
The order will be serviced through Lehar’s manufacturing facilities in Rajasthan and Haryana. Management noted that OEM partnerships remain an important pillar of its growth strategy alongside its own consumer-facing brands.
The latest win comes as domestic footwear demand remains supported by organised retail expansion, rising consumer spending and increasing outsourcing by brands looking for reliable manufacturing partners.
Stock Market Snapshot
Investors reacted positively to the development, pushing the stock higher in morning trade.
As of 10:49 IST on June 22, 2026, Lehar Footwear shares were trading at ₹267.95. The Lehar Footwear share price moved higher after the company disclosed the order, with market participants focusing on the contract’s size and potential contribution to upcoming quarterly revenues.
Large OEM orders are often viewed favourably because they provide near-term revenue visibility and improve capacity utilisation at manufacturing facilities.
Given the relatively short execution timeline of 60 days, investors may expect the order to contribute meaningfully to the company’s operating performance during the current financial year.
Company Background
Founded in 1994, Lehar Footwear manufactures a wide range of footwear products including slippers, sandals, school shoes, sports shoes and casual footwear for men, women and children.
The company operates multiple manufacturing facilities and has built a distribution network across India while also expanding its OEM business. In recent years, Lehar has broadened its product portfolio through new categories and manufacturing capabilities to cater to both branded and contract manufacturing opportunities.
Conclusion
The ₹39.70 crore order represents a notable milestone for Lehar Footwear and underscores the company’s growing relevance in India’s footwear manufacturing ecosystem.
More importantly, it demonstrates the increasing scale of its OEM operations. With execution expected within the next two months, investors will be watching how effectively the company converts the order into revenue and whether it can leverage the win to secure additional large-volume contracts in the future.
