L&T Construction and Industrial Products Arm Wins Significant Orders Across India and Overseas

Mumbai, September 19, 2025: Larsen & Toubro Limited (NSE: LT, BSE: 500510) announced that its Construction Equipment and Industrial Products Design & Development (CE & IPDD) vertical has secured multiple significant orders across diverse business segments.
Order Highlights
- Construction Equipment (CE): Secured long-term after-sales support contracts from major coal and cement producers for Komatsu mining equipment. The unit also bagged extensions of several maintenance contracts, highlighting the reliability of Komatsu machinery and L&T’s strong service capabilities.
- Rubber Processing Machinery (RPM): Won multiple orders from leading tyre manufacturers in India. These cover tyre curing presses and tyre building machines for two-wheelers, passenger cars, trucks, and buses.
- L&T Valves: Bagged multiple orders for PVC and CPVC projects from top domestic companies and secured contracts from leading EPC players in Saudi Arabia.
Strategic Significance
The new contracts fall in the Significant category, valued between ₹1,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore. These orders further consolidate L&T’s reputation as a trusted partner with strong engineering capabilities, both in India and overseas.
Stock Performance
As of 13:19 IST on September 19, 2025, L&T shares were trading at ₹3,681.80, down 0.11% from the previous close of ₹3,686. The stock touched an intraday high of ₹3,705 and a low of ₹3,674, with a traded volume of 10.6 lakh shares and a traded value of ₹390.8 crore. L&T’s market capitalization stood at ₹5.06 lakh crore.
Over the past six months, the stock has gained 10.91%, while over a three-year horizon it has surged 92.70%, significantly outperforming the broader market. On a five-year basis, L&T has delivered a stellar 308.90% return to investors.
