The company’s EBITDA increased 16% year-on-year to ₹1,236 crore during FY26, while profit after tax stood at ₹625 crore, according to the company disclosure.

LT Foods stated that its Basmati and Specialty Rice segment recorded 29% growth to ₹9,742 crore during the year, supported by demand across global markets. The company also reported that its organic foods and ingredients business crossed ₹1,016 crore in annual revenue.

According to the company, the Ready-to-Eat and Ready-to-Cook business expanded 2.5 times over the last five years to reach ₹187 crore in FY26. The company attributed the growth to increasing consumer preference for convenient meal solutions.

LT Foods said North America remained its largest market with a 48% revenue contribution during FY26. The company also highlighted continued expansion in Europe and Saudi Arabia alongside investments in premiumisation, digital commerce and brand building.

The company disclosed that reported margins were impacted by U.S. tariff pass-through accounting adjustments and elevated marketing investments during the period. However, it stated that absolute EBITDA remained unchanged after normalisation adjustments.
