Mumbai, July 14, 2025 — Lupin Ltd (NSE: LUPIN | BSE: 500257) has announced that its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. IST via video conferencing and other audio-visual means. The company also confirmed a final dividend of ₹12 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

Key Dividend Details

The dividend payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Eligible shareholders as per the Record Date of July 25, 2025, will receive the final dividend, with applicable tax deductions.

This action follows the Board’s earlier recommendation on May 14, 2025, under Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
