Mumbai͏, 13 ͏January 2026͏: M&B Engineering Limited (BSE: 544470 NSE: MBEL) has won a substantial domestic order worth ₹63.50 crore plus GST, for the design, engineering, manufacturing and supply of pre-engineered buildings and structural steel. The order, including an erection component valued at ₹12.34 crore through its wholly owned subsidiary Phenix Building Solutions Private Limited, is expected to be completed within 8.5 months, marking a significant operational milestone for the company.

The domestic order, placed under standard advance and contractual terms, enables M&B Engineering to increase its manufacturing throughput and structural steel supply capacity. Executed at arm’s length with no related party participation, the contract demonstrates the company’s ability to win high-value domestic projects while harnessing its subsidiary network for on-ground execution.
