  • New Tech/R&D Centres: Inaugurated facilities in Hyderabad, Faridabad, Jamnagar, and Bangalore
  • NEXA Vertical: 465-machine order pipeline (VMC, HMC, DCM, VTL)
  • Defence & Aerospace Bids: ₹506 crore under evaluation
  • Dividend: Recommended final dividend of ₹1.50 per share (15% on ₹10 face value)
