Mumbai, April 23: Madhav Infra Projects Limited has executed nine Power Purchase Agreements with Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited, covering a total capacity of 73.15 MW. As per the exchange filing, these projects fall under the PM-KUSUM C scheme, which focuses on feeder-level solarisation.

Each agreement runs for 25 years from the scheduled commissioning date. That means once the projects are up and running, the company has a defined buyer and predictable pricing for a long stretch. The tariff has been fixed in the range of ₹2.71 to ₹2.73 per unit.

Stock Market Snapshot

Madhav Infra share price moved within a narrow band on April 23, 2026, without any sharp swings. The stock traded around the ₹9.10 to ₹9.20 range as of late morning trade.

Solar projects take time to build, and the financial impact only starts showing once generation begins.

Strategic Importance Of The Agreements

These PPAs may reduce uncertainty.

In renewable energy, generating power is only one part of the equation. Selling that power at a predictable price is what ultimately drives returns. By securing long-term buyers, Madhav Infra has taken a key risk off the table.

The projects being part of the PM-KUSUM scheme also adds a layer of comfort. Government-backed programmes typically offer better payment visibility and lower counterparty risk.

Company Background

Madhav Infra Projects Limited operates across infrastructure and renewable energy, with a growing emphasis on solar development.

The company has been gradually building its presence in clean energy through participation in state and central government schemes. Its approach combines project execution with selective asset ownership, allowing it to benefit from both construction revenues and long-term power sales.

This dual model helps balance short-term earnings with longer-term stability.

Conclusion

The signing of these PPAs is a steady, behind-the-scenes development rather than a headline-grabbing event. It strengthens the foundation of Madhav Infra’s renewable portfolio and adds visibility to future cash flows.
