Mahindra & Mahindra Limited Touches a New 52 Week-High

December 01, 2025: Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra (NSE: M&M | BSE: 500520) surged in early trade on Monday as they touched a new 52-week high at ₹3,795.00, raising 1%. This marks a cumulative growth of about 7.50% over the previous month.
During the previous week, the company had announced that it plans to continue its strategy of offering premium and differentiated vehicles. The company stated that it will continue working on the EV portfolio expansion whilst upgrading and improving the ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) portfolio of the company. Further, the company suggested that it does not have any immediate plans to introduce CNG or other alternate fuel-based vehicles.
Further, the company underlined that it had no plans of hiking price of the vehicles from January 2026, unless there is an extraordinary increase in prices of raw materials.
Overall Performance
The shares of the company have been outperforming consistently. Over the period of one week the stock’s absolute returns were 1.57% whereas NIFTY 50 absolute returns were 1.10%. It was 7.50% and 2.03% for one month, 26.39% and 8.76% one year, 189.84% and 39.51% for three year, 410.37% and 100.21% five year, respectively.
Technical Indicators and Financial Growth
The company has been delivering strong financials, with net sales growing approximately 15.6% annually and operating profit increasing around 32.3%. The company’s operating cash flow for the latest fiscal year was Rs 3,175.81 crores. Profit after tax (PAT) for the half year ended September 30, 2025, was at Rs 7,756.64 crores. This marked a 20.20% growth.
Business Strategy and Product Direction
On an operational level, the company has clarified that it will continue to focus on premium SUVs and electric vehicles. The company has no current plans to launch any CNG models. This is because the company is intending to maintain its product positioning. Further, there are no expectations of any price hike in January 2026. That is unless the price of raw materials rises significantly.
Stock Performance
The share price of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited traded lower on December 1, 2025, slipping 0.65% to close at ₹3,733 at 3:30 pm IST. Earlier in the session, the stock touched an intraday high of ₹3,795 at 12:10 pm, matching its 52-week peak, after opening at ₹3,790. The day’s low stood at ₹3,730. M&M now commands a market capitalisation of ₹4.48 lakh crore, with a P/E ratio of 39.60 and a dividend yield of 0.68%. The company’s quarterly dividend payout currently stands at ₹6.35.
