Manba Finance Partners with AMU Leasing & SHFIN; Shares Slip Over 1%

Manba Finance announced strategic partnerships with AMU Leasing and SHFIN to expand EV financing and strengthen rural lending operations.

Mumbai, June 8: Manba Finance said it has entered into strategic partnerships with AMU Leasing Pvt Ltd and BRMPL Leasing & Finance Pvt Ltd, operating under the SHFIN brand, to expand its electric vehicle financing and rural lending business.
According to the company’s press release on Monday, the partnerships are aimed at strengthening Manba Finance’s presence in electric mobility financing and underserved rural markets.
The company said its collaboration with Gurugram-based AMU Leasing will focus on financing electric three-wheelers and other commercial EVs across Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
Manba Finance added that the initiative is expected to improve credit access for driver-owners, MSMEs and first-time borrowers while enabling faster loan disbursements and simplified financing processes.
In parallel, the company has partnered with SHFIN to expand two-wheeler financing operations in Maharashtra’s Vidarbha region with a focus on rural and semi-urban markets.
Management Highlights Financial Inclusion Focus
Commenting on the development, Managing Director Manish Shah said the partnerships align with the company’s strategy of building a future-ready lending ecosystem while supporting sustainable mobility and deeper rural penetration.
The company indicated that both collaborations are designed to improve access to technology-driven financial solutions in regions where organised financing penetration remains relatively low.
AMU Leasing and SHFIN also highlighted the role of the partnerships in promoting financial inclusion and supporting clean mobility adoption.
